Our Caregivers

We started ElderCaring with a simple approach to senior care: We screen and refer only the best caregivers and emphasize quality care (hence our name!).

Our caregivers are licensed as:

  • Home Health Aides (HHA)
  • Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
  • Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA)
  • Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

All caregivers have years of experience working with seniors who are disabled. They have assisted seniors who have heart disease, strokes, arthritis, diabetes, cancer, Parkinson’s, hip fractures, Alzheimer’s and other memory loss disorders.

ElderCaring “Must-Haves”:

1. Caregivers must be licensed, bonded, and insured.
2. Caregivers must have their own car.
3. Caregivers must be fluent in English
4. Caregivers must have strong professional references.
5. Caregivers must be compassionate and caring.


We’ll always remain a small company. After all, if you truly are selecting only the best caregivers, there are only so many fine caregivers available. The large
Home care providers may have 600 caregivers on their roster. We maintain a base of about 60!
